Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a year she was able to earn her Pro Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional license to continue the education. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. Then she returned in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. Ariel competed against the best of elite athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm pull downs with lats. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. This is accomplished by setting all of her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. It is recommended to do this type of workout twice per week one day being lighter weight and another heavier weight day.
